When you create an account: your email address and, if you use Google Sign-In, your Google account identifier and name. If you link a Minecraft account with /link: your Minecraft username and UUID (public identifiers). When you use the chat: your chat messages and saved chat history. Payments are processed by Stripe — we receive subscription status and a Stripe customer reference, never your card number. We also keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, request counts) for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
To operate the service: answering your questions, saving your chats to your account, looking up player stats you request, managing your subscription, enforcing rate limits, and responding to messages you send us. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising profiles.
Your chat queries are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and Google) to generate answers, along with the game context needed to answer them. If you linked a Minecraft account, questions about "your" gear include your public SkyBlock profile data in that request. These providers process the data under their own terms.
Supabase (accounts and saved chats), Vercel (hosting and logs), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Hypixel Public API (player data lookups). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Account data and saved chats are kept while your account exists. Chats you delete are removed from the live database promptly and from backups on the normal backup rotation. Rate-limit counters expire automatically within days. If you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted within 30 days except records we must keep (e.g., payment records held by Stripe).
Email contact@skyblockopedia.com from your account email to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and data. We will respond within 30 days.
We use browser local storage for sign-in session tokens, your preferences (theme, sidebar state), and locally saved chats. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated first.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are not permitted for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has an account.
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the site.
