Blaze Slayer Gear: the Full Setup

Blaze Slayer is gated by magic power and dagger quality more than raw wallet — but the right buy order makes every million count.

Helmet

Start with a Warden Helmet (needs Revenant slayer 8; ~45-50M is a fair deal). It triples a Primordial helmet's health and converts lost speed to damage — build back to 400 speed with an Itchy reforge and speed tunings. Endgame: Crown of Avarice with Habanero Tactics 5 (~900M).

Armor

Inferno Crimson (Renowned or Ancient) with Habanero Tactics 5 to start. The single biggest jump is Infernal armor (requires an Infernal Kuudra completion, +10% damage per stack). Keep Ancient reforge unless below Cata ~20.

Daggers

Minimum flawless gemstones, with Smoldering 5 and Chimera 3. Extra NPC enchants are filler. Remember: daggers are your weapons — they are not boss drops.

Equipment, flares, pets

• David's Cloak — free from 8 Rift Timecharms and better than the Annihilation Cloak; plus a Bloodshot Primordial and a Demonslayer Gauntlet (recently buffed — better than the Manticore Claw).
• SOS flare (Jalapeno book +5 crit damage) or Alert flare on a budget; Weirder Tuba right before the boss (30s); optional Sword of Bad Health.
• Pets: Reheated Gummy Polar Bear is a must; a Subzero/Frost Wisp spawns bosses faster; auto-pet to your Golden Dragon (Chimera 2-3) when the boss spawns.

Shards

For leveling damage: Thorn, Power Dragon, Barbarian Duke, Burning Soul, Inferno Demonlord, Spike, Flare, Echo of Ruler, Catacanite, Shellwise — and save the unlimited/elemental shards plus Ether Drake/Jormung/Tempest/Arrow/Bolt/Quake/Flash for tier 4.
